Dalle esigenze alle opportunità

La difesa idraulica fluviale occasione per un progetto di "paesaggio terzo"
  • Michele Ercolini,

The volume aims to create an idea of the river landscape project as a cultural and social investment, to attain a “control” of a landscape transforming itself, while maintaining harmonious forms and sustainable structures from an ecological-environmental point of view; a landscape that continuously redesigns itself, based on human needs without overwhelming nature. The need to primarily safeguard river hydraulic over infrastructure thus becomes an opportunity for a “third landscape” project, an opportunity to transform “non-places” into “places”.
