Procreazione assistita: un'indagine multidisciplinare
  • Edited by:
  • Andrea Bucelli,

In the wake of the debates that arose following the introduction of the controversial Italian Law no. 40 of February 2004 on medically assisted procreation and the referendums that have questioned it, the book is a serious contribution to the multidisciplinary analysis of the law itself and the issues and problems connected to it. Nine exponents with different backgrounds and experiences (from moral philosophy to gynaecology, from private law to theology, from criminal law to genetics) frame the recent legislation (shown in the appendix) in the ethical and legal context in which it comes into action, reflecting at the same time on the implications of the biotechnology revolution.
