Chapter advances an evolutionary reading of NBS towards Culture (NCBS), conceived as bio-technological and cultural devices that trigger systemic processes of urban regeneration. The challenge, it argues, is not to reproduce nature but to govern hybrid systems in which humans are active and co-responsible components.
