Le storie e la memoria

In onore di Arnold Esch
  • Edited by:
  • Roberto Delle Donne,
  • Andrea Zorzi,

The volume, which collects the contributions of former Italian scholarship holders of the last decade at the Deutsches Historisches Institut in Rome, is meant to be a tribute to one of the most famous medievalists at an international level and to the meticulous and sensitive scholar of Italian history, but most of all is a sign of gratitude from young scholars who were able to consolidate their research paths through this scholarship. The 14 contributions composing the book it aren’t thus brought together by a common school formative orientation, but they range between different research sectors and different chronological contexts.
