This volume collects the proceedings of the study seminar held in Florence on 12th April 2013, at the end of an Italian research project financed by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). It examines the 'integrated' strategy against corruption as stated in the Italian ‘anti-corruption’ law n. 190 of 2012, and it does so both in terms of administrative prevention and of criminal repression, with particular attention on the consequences of the new measures on the level of their application.
