The incubator is a structure or a system that is aimed at those who have a business idea to develop, by proposing services and targets. The volume examines the business incubation activity as a phenomenon that experiences a consistent diffusion and differentiation according to the territorial context in which it is integrated, and which is testified by the wide terminology used to define this activity. The distinctive characteristics of the activity are analyzed, highlighting the most significant experiences in different international contexts: US, Israel, Europe, Italy.
