4.1 Il realismo strategico nel governo d'impresa

Materiali per una pragmatica del valore
  • Cristiano Ciappei,

Like all volumes in the series, the book offers wide-ranging cultural reflections and insights relevant to corporate governance. Traditionally, realism is identified with a disillusioned approach to reality opposing to any form of ideology or utopia; the works proposes instead a strategic realism that supports an entrepreneurial humanism, while avoiding both cynicism and idealism at the same time. So is to be the strategy understood: convenience selects the achievable advantages; interest is the drive for change; the stratagem relies on the propensity of events; the plan traces the route of the wished opportunities; the action collects the opportunities.
