Starting with the most recent theoretical studies in the Anglo-Saxon world on relationships between Sound and Literature, this essay reconstructs the presence and function of the phonic corpus (music, nursery rhymes, jingles, noises, etc.) in Luigi Meneghello’s novel Libera nos a malo.
