The series is the result of collaboration between the Comitato Unico di Garanzia (Committee of Equal Opportunities) of the University of Siena and that of the University of Florence, with the aim of stimulating reflection on crucial issues such as discrimination, gender language, violence against women, sexual harassment and occupational well-being. Multidisciplinary and rich in a wide range of perspectives and approaches, the series includes contributions from experts offering detailed and in-depth analyses. It is a valuable tool for those who wish to explore these issues in greater depth and contribute to the promotion of equal opportunities and the enhancement of well-being at work. Designed for researchers, students and professionals, the series provides knowledge and practical tools for a more equitable and inclusive society.

All books published in the series undergo peer review.
