The volume develops the concept of sustainability in the justice field through a series of essays outlining a comprehensive framework for new models aimed at improving justice efficiency as prompted by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). Combining theoretical and empirical research, the work serves as an innovative tool for the training of the new professional figure of the judicial assistant. As such, it is directed towards both future and current assistants, professionals operating within judicial offices, and scholars in the academic world. The volume facilitates the acquisition of knowledge regarding case management mechanisms, foundations of statistics, informatics, organizational structure, and sociology applied to the field of justice.
